In a recent dialog on Areivim, Rabbi Josh Feigelson (campus rabbi at Northwestern University) wrote an excellent post, which I have copied here with his permission. By the way, I corresponded with R Josh about Hillel activities in light of my previous post on Hillel Strategies, and was interested to find out that he follows the same philosophy that R Avi Katz Orlow described to me at Washington U in St Louis.
